Getting the gear out of the car - ready to go! Wyatt bought himself a new ski helmet with his Christmas $.
This is The Great Western Express Run. Elevation at the peak (Clayton Peak) is 10,750'. You can see Mallory in the picture with the lift building if you squint - she is holding up her ski pole.

There goes Mallory on the upper photo. That is her ski instructor and other kids in her class. The scenery is really amazing.
The view on top is at Snake Creek Pass looking onto Heber Valley.
